so the girls from india reached school during the assembly announcements. and then i, being the doofus, realised that the rest of the girls who went for the twinning programme were already at the foot of the bus, welcoming the cluney-ians. so i ran to where they were, with my uniform all bunched-up, and thus embarassed myself in front of the whole school :/

so we went to the hall, where there was a mini buffet thing for us all. i discovered that i had to host 2 girls, veena & geetha, cos i'm in one of the better classes and all, which is crap. some of the IX A girls were there, which was cool. i recognised some girl from the class whom i talked a lot with, and she recognised me. and she remembers my name! but i forgot hers, hahaha. but it's okay, i have the cluney convent exercise book which she wrote her name & email address in.

so veena & geetha followed me around school, even for chinese, which was quite weird. they left classes at 1 for their packed lunches, and then went off to the bird park. it's just like when we went to india - reach school a little later than the students, attend classes, leave at 1 for packed lunches, then tour around. the girls are seriously deprived of s'pore food though, what with the packed lunches and the indian restaurants they eat at for dinner. and they don't eat during our recess cos they don't feel hungry. weird lah. and oh, their tours suck! they went to the bird park today and are going to the science centre tomorrow. and on thursday, they're going to both the zoo & the night safari. sheesh, they'll be damn tired lah.

oh oh oh! nadal beat federer to win wimbledon! hohoho! it was in 5 sets lah, but still. federer's going downnnnn!
